We have a solution for the suburban blight, as we talked about the other night, you understand, it was a North Jersey town, at like a peak hours big box on the weekend, and the traffic pattern was apocalyptic, land no tolerance for “well it was peak hours therefore, what do you expect furthermore?” We expect sanity, and we expect it verily, because any entity that does business properly must treat the land as such, “peak hours” are like when you do business, like in the extreme, and the design of this parking lot is offensive in full,

As such we decree,

The one stop big box entity

Like a bigger box not at all

A facility we call

The only place big box is allowed to operate out of,

Like a nature preserve by law

A parking garage in full

With a reasonable ramp-egress protocol

To make the shopping all

Like not dumbass city street side

Like shop from hell

Where no one resides

You understand

City blight in the land

Such ugly businesses again and again

So all the big box goes to this place

Including like auto shop

Like all in the one aspect of the place

Understand,

They are forced to compete again

In that way,

Thus the town can be spared from

The asphalt oblivion

Of a casuistry in economy

Very far gone.
